With 3-5 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing, you will bring your expertise to bear on every project, ensuring that our clients' messages are effectively communicated and resonate with their target audiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients' objectives and target audiences.
• Create and produce high-quality on-camera content, including videos, animations, and graphics, using industry-standard tools and software.
• Manage the entire content production pipeline, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital content creation and marketing.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our content creation processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
