Experienced Survey & Permit Specialist (Contract Role)

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed site surveys, preparing and submitting permit applications, and managing the entire permitting process. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information, coordinate with local authorities, and ensure timely approvals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct detailed site surveys using advanced surveying tools such as total stations, GPS devices, and drones.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive permit applications to local and national authorities.
• Manage the entire permitting process, including coordination with regulatory bodies and tracking application status.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all survey and permit activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying and permitting for construction projects.
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SurvCE.
• Strong knowledge of local and national regulations related to construction and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid professional certification in surveying or a related field is a plus.
