📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the construction and building materials industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track and manage leads and clients using Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the construction and building materials industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
