As a Microbiology Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting various microbiological tests, including sterility, microbial limit, and endotoxin tests, using advanced equipment such as microbiological incubators, autoclaves, and sterility testing systems. You will also be involved in the validation and troubleshooting of microbiological methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform microbiological tests including sterility, microbial limit, and endotoxin tests using advanced equipment such as microbiological incubators, autoclaves, and sterility testing systems.
- Validate and troubleshoot microbiological methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct microbial limit tests to ensure that pharmaceutical products meet regulatory standards.
- Perform endotoxin tests to ensure the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report test results and findings in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance microbiological testing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in microbiological testing and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in microbiological testing in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Certification in microbiological testing methods, such as USP < 797> or EP 2.6.12.
- Proficient in using microbiological testing equipment, including microbiological incubators, autoclaves, and sterility testing systems.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
