📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, assisting with financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an educational or non-profit organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
