📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and verbal communications between Indonesian and Mandarin accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Mandarin-speaking employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate communication between the Indonesian team and Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective message delivery.
• Review and edit translations to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry terminology and trends to provide high-quality translations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate promotional materials and ensure cultural relevance.
• Attend meetings and provide real-time translation support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation, preferably in the insurance or business sector.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in cultural adaptation and localization is a plus.
