📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the Digital Innovation Office, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge healthcare technologies.

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency through the use of data analytics and digital tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in healthcare technology, digital health, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a complex healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
