📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and QuickBooks
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile accounts payable and bank statements
- Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Support the finance team in auditing and reconciling accounts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
