📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Forecast demand and plan procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate and secure supplier agreements.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust inventory levels and procurement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control and planning best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control and planning, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
