📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including issuing keys, processing payments, and providing check-out instructions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or front office roles in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software, such as Hospitality Pro or Cleaning Management System (CMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
