📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments using tools like Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Canva.
• Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and educational staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning trends.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops as required.
• Adhere to the center's health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in the language you will be teaching (German, Mandarin, Japanese, or English) at a native or near-native level.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring languages, preferably in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Canva.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.
