As an Audiometrist, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating hearing disorders, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive hearing tests using state-of-the-art equipment such as audiometers and tympanometers. You'll interpret test results, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with our team of audiologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct hearing evaluations using audiometers, tympanometers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Interpret test results and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer hearing aid fittings and provide patient education on proper hearing aid use.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in audiology.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology or a related field.
• Certification as an Audiometrist from a recognized institution (e.g., ASHA, CAA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audiology, with a focus on audiometric testing.
• Proficiency in using audiometric testing software such as Madsen, Interacoustics, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
