📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and supervise store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and increasing sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
