📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
