📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the clinic's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best prices for supplies and equipment.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.,Assist in the preparation and organization of medical supplies and equipment for daily use.,Train and mentor junior staff members in inventory management and administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
