Oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Lead and mentor a team of officers and crew, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to optimize vessel performance and efficiency.,Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, maintenance, and safety incidents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maritime operations with overall business objectives.,Represent the company at maritime events, conferences, and industry associations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with maritime software and navigation systems.
