As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and promotions.
  • Driving sales performance by achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the community.
  • Promoting our products and services through in-store displays, sales events, and social media.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Providing feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred).
