📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Create and maintain menus, ensuring they meet customer preferences and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and budgeting.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Promote the restaurant and its offerings to attract and retain customers.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
