📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.
