📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
