ARENA Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax planning, a proven track record of successful tax projects, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.,Conduct tax planning and analysis for individuals, businesses, and organizations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage and mentor junior tax consultants, providing guidance and support.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in Indonesia.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful tax projects and cost-saving initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
