📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
