📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to support our employees' learning and development needs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the administration of our learning management system and other related tools.,Support the Learning and Development team in the planning and execution of company-wide events and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with learning management systems and other related tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
