📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain commercial coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
• Perform milk texturing and latte art to create visually appealing coffee drinks.
• Assist in the daily coffee roasting process and quality control.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records of coffee inventory and sales.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your barista skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or barista role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in using commercial coffee equipment and understanding of coffee brewing techniques.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting and quality control.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) with occasional heavy lifting.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
