Max Up Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in-store and online, providing a unique blend of in-person customer service and digital sales. As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and promoting our products. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Manage inventory and restock products as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.,Assist with online sales and order processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using sales and inventory software.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
