CV Jaya Eka is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and online operations to meet the growing demands of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Manage online orders and payments through our restaurant's platform.,Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer and point-of-sale systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
