Express Space Dinamis is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Training Officer in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure successful training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.,Support the Training Officer in managing training budgets and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.,Support the Training Officer in developing training materials and resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of training evaluation tools and methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
