ZENIX Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, recruit, and onboard top talent to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building high-performing teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various roles, leveraging various recruitment channels.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Maintain and update recruitment databases and track recruitment metrics.,Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
