📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide support to the Recruiter in managing the recruitment workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.,Assist in organizing and conducting interviews, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to hiring managers.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
