📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Job Description:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
2. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail distribution industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
7. Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
