UNITY Jaya is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Pematangsiantar. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
