📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
