Overseeing the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality,Monitoring and maintaining production schedules,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Conducting regular quality checks and audits,Managing a team of production staff and providing guidance and support,Identifying and implementing process improvements,Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels,Ensuring the safety and well-being of production staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using production management software,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
