📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and board members.,Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure the financial health of the company.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
