As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical assistance to store staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail systems. You'll work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as our proprietary retail management software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to store staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems in retail stores.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of store systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to retail management software.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades in retail stores.
• Provide training and guidance to store staff on IT-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures in retail stores.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and security.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
