📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations,Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment,Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze inventory data,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Ensure compliance with company and regulatory inventory control standards,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or related roles,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for inventory control

Inventory management software (e.g.SAPOracleor similar)Data analysis and reporting tools (e.g.ExcelPower BIor similar)Project management skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentMultilingual skills (Indonesian and English) are a plus
