As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on product availability and presentation.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events, sales, and special offers.,Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that reflects the brand and enhances the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
