📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop restaurant staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including health and safety regulations, food handling, and employment laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other restaurant management tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
