📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the company's accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Oversee and manage the company's Odoo ERP system, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and filings, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversee the company's payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, and provide training and support to finance team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years of experience with Odoo ERP system.
• Certification in Odoo Accounting or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is a plus.
