Factory Manager - Furniture (Wood & Rattan) - Bali

Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled craftsmen and ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Our facility in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung is equipped with the latest machinery and tools, including CNC routers, sanders, and joinery equipment. You will work closely with our design and sales teams to meet customer requirements and maintain our reputation for excellence.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Manage a team of skilled craftsmen, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of work.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management systems.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand customer requirements and incorporate feedback into the production process.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols in the workplace.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring efficient production processes.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and other advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
