📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members on cash handling procedures and customer service standards.,Monitor cash drawer counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.,Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and securely.,Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting.,Knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.
