📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
- Oversee daily HSE operations, including safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential safety hazards.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HSE team, including safety officers, inspectors, and trainers.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable mining practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Certifications in OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) such as CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HSE programs in a mining or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using HSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
